Height-Adjustable Mounting Points: Precision Support for Every Body

LightSpeed Lift’s body weight support system is built around a simple yet powerful concept—precise control of lift through height-adjustable mounting points.

  • Instant Adjustability: Users, coaches, or therapists can make quick height adjustments between exercises or even sets, reducing downtime and keeping the session efficient.
  • Tailored to the Individual: Post-op or peak training, the system can be dialed in to meet their unique body geometry and needs.
  • Progress Without Guesswork: As strength, coordination, or mobility improve, the lift can be gradually reduced by simply raising the mounting points—no need for recalibration or complex changes.
  • Train Smarter, Not Harder: Enables progressive overload without added stress to joints or compromised form.
  • Empower Every User: Encourages confidence and autonomy, as users can feel supported yet challenged at just the right level.
