This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship that occur during everyday use under normal conditions during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, LightSpeed Lift will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective due to improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
LightSpeed Lift will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or exchange the product with a new or refurbished product.
- The Warranty Period for the steel frames of LightSpeed Lift systems is five years from the date of purchase.
- The Warranty Period for all soft goods (Magic Shorts, Lift Straps, Super Lift Straps, Universal and Super Lift Belts, Thigh Wraps) used with the LightSpeed Lift system is one year.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problems that are caused by:
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance, or modification.
- Damaged or destroyed by natural causes, including but not limited to lightning, flood, or other natural disaster.
- Theft or loss of the product.
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at lightspeedlift.com or by calling 218-391-5459 to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
